The Cow Creek Foundation will step into the world of online applications beginning in 2010. We ask that you be patient as we all learn about this new process. There will be a two step procedure that includes a Letter of Inquiry and an Application. The LOI will be submitted first and the applicant must wait until it is approved by Foundation staff before proceeding to the Application. This could take up to 2-3 days. Upon approval, the applicant can move forward with filling out the Application, including uploading supporting documents such as budget and board information.
Before going any further, have you:
- Reviewed the Foundation Guidelines carefully?
- Studied the Frequently Asked Questions?
- Called the Foundation Staff (541-957-8945) to discuss your project idea before preparing your grant proposal?
In order to receive consideration by the Foundation's Board of Directors, applications must be postmarked by the deadline. Application deadlines are March 1 and September 1 of each year. Proposals sent by mail or fax will not be accepted
To begin your online application, or to check the status of your application, please visit our online application page.
During this process please call the Foundation at 541-957-8945 if you have problems or questions. Please understand that your phone call will be answered, however it might not be until the following day. We appreciate your patience
Here is an example of the Cow Creek Foundation grant application. It will look different in the online version, but the questions are similar.
